Balm
It is a biologically active preparation, comprising the polivinilbutílico ether, which stimulates tissue healing in both skin and mucous membranes and acts as a local anesthetic and micro-organisms, preventing their multiplication. It is used to heal wounds and skin burns, chronic skin ulcers, gastric and duodenal gastritis, and stomatitis thrush, impetigo, furunculosis of the skin and chronic colitis.
Centella asiatica
It is a natural product that contains substances triterpenes, asiatic acid and acid madecássico. Stabilize production of collagen fibers when altered, in excess, missing or disorganized and promotes healing by stimulating reticulohistiotico system and tissue vascularization. May modulate the connective tissue in keloids and hypertrophic scars by reduction or elimination of the reaction and, in some cases, making the scar matures.
It is used in medical practice in different presentations:
The Blastoestimulina is a skin regenerating ointment and healing, consisting of gotu kola and neomycin, the Blastoestimulina spray used in aerosol form on injuries and contains gotu kola with tetracaine;
Madecassol is the extract of Centella asiatica in the form of tablets, used to remove keloids and hypertrophic scars in an active state, the Cothilyne Haemacure or (spray) contains standardized extract of Centella asiatica with essential oils and promotes wound healing minors

I’m not completely sure where you were trying to head with this, but I found myself fairly interested this blog post after a few words.
