The efficiency of the immune system
The efficiency of the immune system depends very much on what we provide with our diet, some foods contain nutrients that are known powerful immune stimulating effects, useful for improving resistance to infection and the fight against cancer. In some people certain foods can trigger an inappropriate immune response, known food sensitivities. The overreaction of the immune system to food can be broadly divided into two separate problems: the ‘food allergy food intolerance.
The food allergy, in which the subject usually manifests a reaction to a particular food immediately after eating, it is quite rare. Some have innocuous effects, such as’ rash that affects those who are allergic to strawberries, but in severe cases may provide a potentially dangerous anaphylactic shock. Usually suffering from food allergy can quite easily recognize the food to which you are allergic.
