In fact, fitness provides a variety of seasonal as host of new and exciting routines open to every one of us with weather changes. A good example is an outdoor sport. Not only is influenced by season, but also geographically. In the west you can about exercise outside every day (some exceptions to the rain of course). On the east coast you can certainly choose to run in sub 30 degree weather but most will choose not to do so. We would like to think of this as an attraction factor. How often have you seen the television ads where the ads always seem to be healthy at the location somewhere near Los Angeles? This is not by chance that is the fact that everyone thinks of California as a healthy country (Florida is right in there too of course!). Land and lucky creative people have been born / raised or moved to the sunshine almost too many options for outdoor activities all year round.
