Balm
It is a biologically active preparation, comprising the polivinilbutílico ether, which stimulates tissue healing in both skin and mucous membranes and acts as a local anesthetic and micro-organisms, preventing their multiplication. It is used to heal wounds and skin burns, chronic skin ulcers, gastric and duodenal gastritis, and stomatitis thrush, impetigo, furunculosis of the skin and chronic colitis.

If the wound tissues undertakes:
- Grafts: used to close any defect in not very deep areas of the skin, the latter taking part and putting it in another.
- Flap: Used when there is significant tissue that can be exposed, such as bone, tendons or cartilage (elastic tissue less hard than the bone), in which treatment will move skin, usually accompanied by subcutaneous tissue, but without losing its own blood circulation and irrigation.
A. If the wound is acute:
- Suture: Sewing the edges of a wound with thread, when it is mild.
