Tips to Prevent Dehydration

At the high temperatures is not hard to feel that we lack liquids. The sweat, heat and having to spend all day suffering from high temperatures can make but takes enough water to get to dehydration, a condition that can be transformed into something very serious.

That’s why to avoid reaching this disturbing situation we recommend that you follow some of these tips:

* Drink plenty of fluids, especially water.

* If you are exercising and sweating when high temperatures, make sure your water intake is much higher than normal.

* If you are caring for kids or people who are sick, you should pay close attention and care to take fluids regularly.

* In the event that you suffer from vomiting, fever, or diarrhea also increases fluid intake.

* If you feel you are entering a drying box, please consult your doctor before severe symptoms appear.

Symptoms of dehydration are: lack of tear production, inability to urinate more than eight hours, tachycardia, skin, eyes and dry mouth.

A good way to realize if you are entering into this condition is look out if your skin is the “sign of the fold” is the lack of normal skin elasticity, if the result does not pinch the crease quickly returns to its place, you’re probably sufirendo dehydration.

Realize this “test” and notice that your skin will fold quickly. One must be careful not to get to this point, so remember: to drink liquids!
