Algae Seaweed With Garlic and Parsley for Cholesterol
Algae are not only good for lowering cholesterol, but they can reach many others provide additional nutrients. The good news is that some varieties, like the seaweed that we include in this recipe, are fleshy, satiety and can be prepared in various ways. These, seasoned with garlic and parsley, can be wonderful for those who like them.
Ingredients:
* 50 grams of algae seaweed
* Three cloves of garlic
* The juice of one lemon
* Olive oil
* Plenty of chopped parsley
* Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Let marinate covered seaweed algae in water for about twelve hours. This process can be accelerated by boiling until it just get bigger and are tender.
